Hike
The Corridor
The secret is out when it comes to hiking in Utah - our state really has it all! From shady trails high up in the mountains to beautiful red rock slot canyons and so much more. The Carbon Corridor is primely located on the way to many of the states most popular hiking destinations, and has some great hiking destinations that are fun for the whole family!
From cliffs to canyons, we have a little of everything in and around the Corridor, many of which are shorter hikes with great pay-offs, making them a great option for an early morning adventure or sunny afternoon escape.
The Gordon Creek trail offers not one but two waterfalls that are easy to access as well as a longer trail up to an old abandoned cabin. The Buried Forest Concretions trail takes hikers to a cliff-face with large circular concretions peppered throughout it.
A little further off the beaten path is the Price Canyon Recreation area and Scofield State Park, both of which have well designated trails that offer beautiful views of the area that change dramatically from season to season.
If you are looking for longer, more challenging options, the Swell, just to the south of the Corridor has trails ranging from easy to advanced.
